At just 14 years old, he made history by becoming the youngest Indian to participate in the inaugural international Woodball championship. In May 2020, he was unanimously elected as the CEO of the Woodball India Organization, setting a record as the youngest CEO in any sports organization or company.

In February 2020, Sudeep launched his own independent company, Vimal Enterprises, which specializes in outdoor and sporting goods, including the manufacturing and distribution of various sports equipment. Vimal Enterprises has achieved remarkable success in the sports industry.

The Woodball Association of India recently announced the Indian team for the Woodball discipline, which will compete in the prestigious Asian Beach Sports Event organized by the Olympic Council of Asia. During the recent trials conducted by this sports organization, the best players from across India were selected for the Indian Woodball Team, with Sudeep Manwatkar appointed as the team captain.
